Network Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Manager to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of our global security and network landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify IT trends and innovations and play an active role in shaping our system landscape
- Continuously work on improving our IT security by hardening and operating security-relevant systems
- Identify security vulnerabilities in software and networks, review them, and develop a solution
- Coordinate upgrades and the replacement of security and network components
- Take on 2nd and 3rd level support activities
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (f/m/d) for system integration or a comparable course of study
- Practical experience in network and information security, especially in the administration and setup of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implementation and management of identity and access management systems, threat protection systems, data loss prevention, and compliance policies
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and enthusiastic about using new technologies
- Proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel to other locations if required (max. 10% travel)
