The SAP Internship Experience Program is a strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

About the team:

The Global Early Talent Experience team offers entry-level employees at SAP worldwide a virtual, module-based program to help them get their careers off to a good start. It provides them with timely, relevant, and supportive resources to help them start their day productively, build a network, and continue their development at SAP. Our team is based in Walldorf and Prague, most of the time we work in a virtual setting, our working language is English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the manual migration of learning content to a new virtual platform, assisting with multiple learning journeys as part of SAP's virtual Early Talent Program.
  • Manage the backend of the learning platform, including regular updates and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You will closely collaborate with the topic experts.
  • Assist in the conceptual and operational planning, organization, and execution of virtual events for the Early Talent program, including administrative and logistical support.
  • Conduct research on Gen Z, including analyzing studies and conducting internal interviews.
  • Design, coordinate, and distribute communication through various channels.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks (maintain assets, monitor the team inbox, and follow-up on incoming emails, meeting preparation).
  • Optional: Video Creation Skills.

Requirements:

  • You are a student at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • We're looking for someone who takes initiative, is highly proactive, and curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
  • Preferred field of study: business administration, education, psychology, social sciences, or similar.
  • Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills.
  • Very strong communication skills in (team language is English).
  • Soft skills: Team player, strong conceptual and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, high commitment, and initiative.
  • Practical experience in corporate HR beneficial.
