About the SAP Internship Experience Program

SAP's Global Early Talent Experience team offers a unique opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As a Human Resources iXp Intern, you will be part of a global team that focuses on developing and implementing innovative HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the migration of learning content to a new virtual platform, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Manage the backend of the learning platform, including regular updates and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with topic experts to conceptualize and execute virtual events for the Early Talent program.
  • Conduct research on Gen Z, analyzing studies and conducting internal interviews to inform program development.
  • Design, coordinate, and distribute communication through various channels to engage with the Early Talent community.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks, including maintaining assets, monitoring the team inbox, and following up on incoming emails.
Requirements
  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
