Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring seamless hotel bookings and registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch care to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Coordination: Independently coordinate participant management for global events, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Hotel Booking and Registration: Coordinate registrations and hotel bookings, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Travel Agency Coordination: Gain experience and knowledge about travel agencies, building relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Billing Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing management, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Hotel Negotiation: Negotiate with hotels and draft hotel contracts, securing the best rates and services for our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within the agency, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Qualifications:
    • Education: Degree or certification in Event Management or a related field.
    • Experience: Several years of experience in the event industry, with a proven track record of success.
    • Skills:
      • Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to negotiate with hotels and clients.
      • Analytical: Analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to problem-solve and implement solutions.
      • Technical: Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
