We are seeking to enhance our workforce at our esteemed organization.

BID Management (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate internal proposals or client requests and assess feasibility in collaboration with various departments. Formulate a bidding strategy alongside business development teams. Align the proposed solution architecture with relevant departments and product architects. Design and develop comprehensive solutions from technical, economic, legal, and administrative perspectives. Oversee, manage, and track the bidding process. Conduct project costing and establish target pricing. Facilitate internal and external communication for project advancement. Perform cost and risk assessments. Prepare the physical documentation of the proposal.

Candidate Profile:

A completed degree in industrial engineering or equivalent technical and business training. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to think conceptually and in a structured manner. Proficient in business English, both written and spoken; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) are advantageous. Specialized knowledge in the ID sector is preferred. Proficient use of Office software. Effective presentation skills for proposals. Willingness to travel for international assignments.
