We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team at Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing internal tenders and customer inquiries, developing bid strategies, and coordinating solution architectures with specialist departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analysis of internal tenders and customer inquiries to identify opportunities and challenges
- Develop and implement bid strategies in collaboration with business developers
- Coordinate solution architectures with specialist departments and product architects to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conceptualize and develop overall solutions in technical, economic, legal, and administrative terms
- Plan, control, and monitor the bidding process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Project costing and target pricing to ensure competitiveness
- Internal and external project communication to facilitate project development and stakeholder engagement
- Cost and risk calculation to inform bid decisions
- Physical preparation of the offer to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable technical and business-oriented training
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Conceptual and structured thinking to develop innovative solutions
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages desirable (French, Spanish, Arabic)
- Specialist knowledge in the ID sector is a plus
- Confident use of Office tools to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders
- Convincing presentation of offers to secure business wins
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments abroad
