About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our product development projects from idea stage to serial production. As a key member of our dynamic and motivated team, you will work with a structured project management approach to ensure the successful delivery of our high-tech products.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish new business cases and complete project plans, ensuring they meet scope, timing, and resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate all project communication internally and externally, delivering project documentation according to quality management standards.
- Manage a team of experts from product and process development, production, and sales, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the owner of business cases from idea stage to serial production, driving high-tech product developments in scope, time, and budget.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in engineering, natural sciences (physics), or business, with a technical affinity to electronics.
- Experience in the industry or automotive environment, ideally from the automotive industry, with a track record in project management and execution.
- Genuine team player with state-of-the-art project management practice and tools.
- Knowledge of power electronics or drive systems is a plus.
- Business understanding and ability to manage key performance indicators.
- High degree of customer orientation, delegation, and assertiveness.
- Ability to succeed within a matrix organization.
- Pragmatic and open-minded approach to evolve our organization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with high motivation and commitment.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
