Ihre Aufgaben

Als Senior Customer Project Manager bei Versatel Deutschland GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination und Sicherstellung der Auftrags- und Projektrealisierung unserer Public Kunden. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Kunden zusammen, um ihre Bedarfsanforderungen zu erfüllen und die Projektziele zu erreichen.

Projektmanagement
  • Die Koordination und Sicherstellung der Auftrags- und Projektrealisierung unserer Public Kunden
  • Die Erstellung von Bedarfsanforderungen und die Planung von Teilaufgaben mit Terminen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Analyse von Auftragsdaten und die Festlegung der Auftragsstruktur und -aufgaben
  • Die Dokumentation von Projekten und die Erstellung von Projekt- und Auftragsdokumentationen
Kundenbetreuung
  • Die Kundenbetreuung während der Projektphase, inklusive der Prüfung von Risiken und der Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
  • Die Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und die Entwicklung von Lösungen, um diese zu erfüllen
Projektsteuerung
  • Die Steuerung des Projektfortschritts bezüglich vereinbarter Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Die Überwachung der Projektressourcen und die Steuerung der Projektressourcen
