Job Overview

At Danfoss, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead product development projects from concept to serial production. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for establishing new business cases, creating project plans, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-tech product developments within scope, time, and budget.
  • Manage project communication, documentation, and quality management standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production, sales, and product development teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business, with a technical affinity to electronics.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on customer orientation, delegation, and assertiveness.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in German and English.
