DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du bist aktiv in die jährliche Finanzplanung eingebunden und erstellst monatliche Abweichungsanalysen.
  • Für die Geschäftsentwicklung unserer Franchisepartner holst du regelmäßig Prognosen ein und integrierst diese in die Berechnung unserer Franchise-Gebühren.
  • Du überprüfst ausgewählte Leistungskennzahlen der Franchisepartner aus verschiedenen Datenquellen, überwachst offene Forderungen und pflegst den Austausch darüber.
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Kontroll- und Steuerungsprozesse.
  • Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen für verschiedene Bereiche der Franchise-Abteilung zur Vorbereitung strategischer und operativer Entscheidungen.
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, idealerweise im Bereich Finanzen oder Controlling, oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sind deine Stärken, und du hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Du weißt, wie man Daten klar und übersichtlich präsentiert und hast eine Vorliebe für Microsoft Excel.
  • Du bringst eine serviceorientierte Einstellung mit, bist äußerst zuverlässig und beherrschst sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch auf hohem Niveau.
