Entry-Level Accounting Consultant & Process Advisory - KPMG (w/m/d)

With extensive knowledge in finance and accounting, you will collaborate with your team in the Accounting & Process Advisory sector to assist our national and international clients. As a trusted advisor, you will support clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including transitions from local GAAP to IFRS or adapting to new accounting standards.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to enhance our Accounting & Process Advisory division, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Assist our clients in the implementation and optimization of LucaNet as a professional financial performance management tool.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in LucaNet according to IFRS or local GAAP as a managed service for our clients.
  • Support exciting carve-out or IPO projects as a LucaNet specialist.
  • Additionally, aid in the implementation of the LucaNet ESG Tool and the SmartNotes functionalities for automating financial and non-financial reporting.
  • Consult with clients on optimizing the consolidated financial statement process regarding quality and efficiency using LucaNet as a CPM software.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP and their representation in LucaNet.
  • Conduct training sessions for our clients on the use of LucaNet.
Your Profile
  • To become an Entry-Level Accounting Consultant & Process Advisory - KPMG (w/m/d), you should possess a degree in business administration with a technical focus, economics, business informatics, or a related field.
  • In addition to your foundational knowledge in accounting issues under local GAAP and IFRS, you should have a strong technical affinity.
  • Prior experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and group reporting is advantageous, preferably with familiarity in a common CPM software.
  • You should also demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both German and English will complete your qualifications.
