KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In the HR Services EMEA team, based in our Service Hub, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive HR solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of HR Administration Specialist focused on the UK & Ireland.


• You will oversee the seamless administration of employee lifecycle events and manage various HR-related tasks, including HR reporting and support for the payroll team.

• Your role will involve providing administrative assistance to the HR Business Partner team in the UK & Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely management of core HR processes such as onboarding, employee development, terminations, and payroll calculations.

• You will be responsible for drafting letters, documents, and templates for the HR team to facilitate their operational needs.

• You will interpret and provide clear guidance on HR policies and practices to both managers and employees, ensuring the effective delivery of standard HR processes.

• You will foster innovation and collaborate on internal projects, identifying potential digital initiatives and promoting best practices among our HR teams across Europe.

• You will contribute to our knowledge management efforts by documenting processes and relevant legal regulations in line with our high-quality standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


• A completed secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a degree or certification in a HR-related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Familiarity with HR tools (preferably SAP HR) and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A friendly and service-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, particularly when working under deadlines.

• Ability to thrive in collaborative team settings while also demonstrating the capacity to work independently with an open-minded approach.

• Fluency in English is essential.
