Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die sich für die Administration und den Support im HR-Bereich begeistert. Als HR Support Specialist wirst du Teil unseres internationalen Teams und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeiter bei allen Fragen rund um die Personaldaten, Urlaub, Arbeitszeiten und Krankmeldungen.

Was machst du?
  • Verwalte Personaldaten, Urlaub, Arbeitszeiten und Krankmeldungen
  • Führe selbständig das Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeitenden durch und begleite Feedbackgespräche
  • Bearbeite ein- und ausgehende E-Mails
  • Erstelle Verträge, Vereinbarungen und wichtige Dokumente
  • Unterstütze uns bei der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung und der Freigabe des Lohnlaufs
  • Sobald Du Dich eingearbeitet hast, betreust Du spezielle Projekte von Anfang bis Ende, zum Beispiel die Implementierung eines VSOP-Programms
Was wir uns wünschen
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich (mit Schwerpunkt Administration und Support für andere Teams)
  • Echtes Interesse an HR und die Bereitschaft, sich in ein breites Themenspektrum einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 4 Tage und 20 Stunden pro Woche - davon mindestens 1 Tag im Büro (Berlin Neukölln)
