Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administration Specialist to join our team at ProSiebenSat.1 Tech & Services GmbH. As an HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including creating employment contracts, certificates, and other labor law documents.
  • Act as a contact person for authorities and government agencies regarding employment relationships.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files and other data entry in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR/HCM.
  • Participate in the optimization, digitalization, and automation of administrative processes in personnel administration.
  • Contribute to various HR projects, including complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, with professional experience in a similar HR position.
  • Knowledge of labor, social security, and wage tax law, preferably in German-speaking countries.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR/HCM, including master data and organizational charts.
  • High reliability, results-oriented work, and strong team spirit.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as solid German and very good English skills.
