About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our ERM team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various directorates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bi-annual risk reviews for assigned directorates, ensuring compliance with our ERM process and providing an independent view of the risk/opportunity situation.
  • Monitor ERM activities, update the company risk register, and implement risk mitigation plans to reduce/close risks.
  • Test internal control points and provide support for self-assessment in all processes contributing to accounting and financial information, ensuring conformance and reliability.
  • Document findings and issue recommendations for improvements, monitoring their implementation.
  • Provide guidance to affiliates on ERM and IC topics, ensuring regular reporting through quarterly progress meetings and monitoring bi-annual risk registers and IC campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of assertiveness.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • French is a plus.
  • Occasional trips may be required.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Comparable qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Industrial engineer or finance degree with at least 2 years of experience.

Professional Experience:

  • Controlling or finance experience of at least 4 years.
  • Risk management experience of at least 2 years.
  • Documentation experience of at least 2 years.

IT Skills:

  • MS Office with detailed knowledge.
  • SAP with detailed knowledge.

Language Skills:

  • Business fluent in German.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • French is a plus.
