Position Overview:

As a Senior Outbound Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations, ensuring that our team meets and exceeds performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor customer service agents, team leaders, and new hires.
  • Oversee various projects focused on process improvements, training initiatives, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor project progress through key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed, and providing updates to project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Ensure that both quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
  • Compile and evaluate project performance data.
  • Lead meetings and conduct performance evaluations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed vocational training or a relevant academic degree.
  • Extensive experience in team management within a contact center environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Background in operational or project management.
  • Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dialer software.
  • Familiarity with feedback and presentation methodologies.
