About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Gear Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of our Courier Partners, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new Courier Partners, ensuring they have all necessary equipment and resources to perform their duties
- Manage the offboarding process for existing Courier Partners, ensuring a seamless transition
- Coordinate weekly scheduling for existing and new couriers, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Oversee inventory management, including the physical handling of courier gear and tracking of supplies using Excel
- Communicate with existing and potential Courier Partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements
