About the Role

As a Gear Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of our new Courier Partners. You will be the primary point of contact for our Courier Partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new Courier Partners and provide them with the necessary gear and training
  • Manage the inventory of courier gear and ensure that it is properly tracked and maintained
  • Coordinate with our Courier Partners to schedule deliveries and ensure that they have everything they need to succeed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Courier Partners and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
