Are you a detail-oriented and organized talent with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a skilled Gear Associate to join our team at Wolt, a Finnish technology company.

Role Overview

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for the onboarding of our new Courier Partners, ensuring they have everything they need to provide top-notch service throughout all stages of delivery. You'll work closely with our Courier Partners, taking care of their needs, and managing inventory, including physically lifting courier gear and tracking supplies via spreadsheet. Your excellent interpersonal and community-building skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our team members and Courier Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new Courier Partners, providing them with essential gear and support
  • Take care of off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our Courier Partners
  • Manage weekly scheduling for existing and new couriers
  • Oversee inventory, including lifting and moving gear, and tracking supplies via spreadsheet
  • Communicate with existing and potential couriers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Ability to use analytical tools, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to lead by example and support team members and Courier Partners
  • Thorough and organized, with attention to detail
