Purchasing Services Expert (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine/n Purchasing Services Expert (m/w/d) für unsere TUI Business Services GmbH.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Marktbeobachtungen, Preisvergleichen und Preisermittlungen für konkrete Anfragen sowie die Analyse und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Eigenständige Lieferantensuche durchführen, kategoriebezogene Konsolidierung von Aktivitäten der Gesellschaften, Vereinheitlichung von Lieferanten und Produkten
  • Eigenständig und/oder in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten und Kunden Ausschreibungen gestalten, Angebote einholen, Bewertungskriterien definieren, Ergebnisse auswerten und Empfehlung aussprechen mit dem Ziel nachweislich Einsparungen zu erzielen, bzw. Kosten zu vermeiden. Nutzung der dafür vorgesehenen Einkaufssysteme.
  • Vorbereitung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Vertragserstellungen; selbstständige Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen oder auch gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Purchasing Services oder Kunden.
  • Definition von Best-Practices bei Ausschreibungsverfahren und Verhandlungen, sowie Teilen dieser Informationen mit dem Team. Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Best-Practices zwecks Optimierung des Beschaffungsprozesses sowie Hilfestellung im Team.
  • Leitung von Projekten sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten (Beschaffungsprojekte, Geschäftsprozess-bezogene Projekte, Systembezogene Projekte).
  • Eigenständige regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern hinsichtlich laufender und anstehender Beschaffungsprojekte und deren Priorisierung.
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Einkaufsprozesse. Sicherstellen der Revisionssicherheit und COSO Pflichten
  • Beratung der Konzerngesellschaften des Quellmarkts CE hinsichtlich des Einkaufsprozesses und der Einkaufsrichtlinien. Gegebenenfalls inhaltliche Prüfung von im System erfassten Anforderungen und Umwandlung in Bestellungen, sowie Klärung mit Kunden bei Unvollständigkeit.
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege und Updates von Stammdaten oder Vertragsdaten in SAP und/oder der Vertragsdatenbank
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Groß- und Außenhandel oder als Industriekaufmann
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie Einkaufsexpertise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • SAP Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Logisches Denkvermögen und Gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Affinität zu IT Systemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität, Ausdauer und Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
