Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services NA, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and directing the movement of trucks and freight to ensure efficient and timely pickups and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
Load monitoring and updating systems
Equipment management and preventative maintenance
Maintaining radio and phone contact with trucks, receiving, and dispatch
Assisting with emergency needs for assistance or repairs
Communicating with drivers, customers, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in logistics or trucking operations
Customer service background
Ability to multi-task
Computer and Microsoft suite experience
