Distributed Common Ground System – Army Field Service Representative

GDIT is seeking a highly skilled Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) Field Service Representative to support US Army Europe as part of our EMITS program team in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for DCGS-A Family of Systems (FoS) server and software integration, systems maintenance, exercise and operational support.
- Perform system maintenance and administrative functions, including system configuration and modification, hardware and software updates, and database administration.
- Support Army and joint level exercises, providing on-site diagnostic and corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining all related information security documentation to meet continuous monitoring and compliance criteria Authority to Connect (ATC).
- Conduct analysis of system operations, utilizing various operating systems and database management systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with computer systems and individual peripheral devices.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Valid DoD IAT II certification and Computing Environment certification or any Microsoft certification
- Eligibility for German TESA
