The role of the Project Rollout Manager is pivotal in transforming operational methodologies across the Intersnack group by standardizing business processes through a unified IT framework. A diverse team of over 100 professionals from various nationalities is dedicated to this initiative.
The individual in this role will spearhead the deployment of Intersnack's ONE template, which encompasses business workflows and the supporting Infor-based IT solutions, across all regions and divisions within the Intersnack Group.
As a key member of the Programme Leadership team, the Project Rollout Manager will lead a group of Rollout Managers to ensure the successful implementation of the template within local entities, assisting local teams in meeting their Go-Live objectives. This role acts as a liaison between the headquarters' rollout organization and country-specific implementation teams, ensuring alignment with Group Process Owners who hold ultimate responsibility for local rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Rollout Manager will be accountable for delivering the rollout strategy across all Management Units, including:
- Overseeing the implementation of the ONE Template within the Management Unit.
- Coordinating necessary change and rollout activities to achieve successful Go-Live across various work areas and sub-projects.
- Developing comprehensive rollout and implementation plans.
- Ensuring the availability of adequately skilled Rollout Managers for the Programme.
- Collaborating with the Start-Up Manager to outline essential actions and deliverables for the implementation phases.
- Providing coaching to the Start-Up Manager to facilitate effective implementation.
- Working closely with the rollout Project Manager to assist in the creation and execution of the rollout project plan.
- Leading Rollout Managers in the application of the ONE Template using standardized tools and methodologies.
- Driving the implementation of the ONE template across the organization in accordance with the overall rollout strategy.
- Supporting local teams in transitioning to the new standardized processes and organizational structures.
- Ensuring timely Go-Live for local implementation teams while adhering to scope and budget constraints.
- Promoting the strategic importance of the ONE template to mitigate local deviations from established standards.
- Proactively addressing and resolving local challenges to facilitate a seamless transition to live operations.
- Ensuring that Functional Specifications are developed from a business perspective to bridge any gaps in the application of the ONE template.
- Empowering key local resources to support the implementation of the ONE template.
- Guiding local teams, including IT specialists, to establish a robust foundation for ongoing operations, ensuring compliance with both central and local IT governance policies.
Scope of Authority
The individual in this position will define, implement, and continuously enhance the realization approach in alignment with the overall programme guidelines and in collaboration with Group Process Owners, contributing to the overarching programme objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a university degree in Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or have equivalent experience.
Experience
Candidates should have approximately 12 to 15 years of professional experience in IT or consulting, with a preference for experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in food.
