Rollout Manager Idea to Market Specialist

The Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Rollout Manager Idea to Market to drive the implementation of its ONE template across all countries and organisations within the group.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the harmonisation of business processes and the adoption of a common IT solution stack.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the ONE template in the area of Idea to Market, working closely with local implementation teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of the ONE template across the group, ensuring alignment with the overall roll-out plan and the defined ways of working.
- Support local implementation teams in the delivery of harmonisation activities, applying the template's standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with local teams to transition from current ways of working and organisational setups to the future common way of working and organisational setup in the purchasing area, including new roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely go-live of local implementation teams, maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
- Socialise and defend Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviations to either process or system standards.
- Quickly identify and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Develop Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organisation.
- Enable key resources within the local organisation to support the implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or consulting, with experience in international template build and rollout projects, as well as knowledge in Marketing, R&D, and Product Lifecycle Management process execution in a producing company.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive 'can do' approach, strong result orientation, good facilitation and communication skills, and leadership experience in projects and project teams.
