Job Title: Medical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update treatment plans based on medical prescriptions using available technical tools
- Coordinate appointments considering medical criteria, such as priority, order, and breaks
- Prepare room schedules and staff assignments to ensure efficient operations
- Process prescriptions and organize appointments to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with diagnostic and therapy departments to ensure seamless care
- Handle patient requests in consultation with physicians to provide personalized care
- Track services and generate performance reports to inform decision-making
- Manage supplies, check deliveries, and invoices to maintain a smooth operation
- Plan recreational activities for patients to enhance their experience
Requirements:
- Completed commercial or healthcare-related training
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff
- Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension to make informed decisions
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
