Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clinical teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our clinical teams, including preparing and typing routine correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Facility Management: Maintain accurate records of hospitalization, patient travel, and other relevant information to facilitate coordination of patient scheduling, ancillary testing, and other clinical activities.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and effective communication and coordination of care.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our electronic systems, including patient information, medical records, and other relevant data.
- Reporting: Assist with the preparation and submission of reports, including monthly and quarterly reports, as required.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of process improvements.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with special projects and initiatives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months relevant experience, or 0-6 months experience with an associate degree or secretarial school.
- Skills: Experience working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. Good verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
