Project Lead

As the primary liaison for our clients, you will leverage both internal and external resources to execute projects within the established budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales office to establish project budgets
- Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, technology selection, procurement, and manufacturing processes
- Manage cost planning to ensure financial objectives are met
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective negotiation
- Ensure project quality standards are upheld
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in system, software, process automation, or application engineering, with a focus on project and technical management
- Fluency in the local language and proficient in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Financial acumen and experience in project planning
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification and additional education in business, operations, or project management is advantageous
