Lead Platform Development Strategist

Paragon DACH & CEE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Platform Development to lead our dedicated team in Korschenbroich.
As the Head of Platform Development, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of all platform and software development initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the technological landscape of our organization and ensuring its continued success.
Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership to your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Develop and implement comprehensive development plans, including training opportunities, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Architect and maintain robust system infrastructures, selecting cutting-edge technologies and frameworks that align with our evolving business needs.
- Craft a compelling long-term technological roadmap, encompassing strategic upgrades, migrations, and continuous technology updates to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Champion best practices in information security by conducting regular audits and implementing robust safeguards to protect sensitive data and systems.
