Master's Thesis in QMS Software Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Master's student to join our QMS Software team at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a Master's thesis project that focuses on the transformation of project management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG to the Scale Agile Framework in system, component, and software development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on the current project management processes at Mercedes-Benz Group AG
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Scale Agile Framework and its application in software development
- Design and implement a transformation plan for the current project management processes to the Scale Agile Framework
- Collaborate with the QMS Software team to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of the new framework
- Master's degree in business administration, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
