Job Title: Business Coordinator
Company: bindan GmbH & Co. KG
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate and manage international shipments and export orders. The ideal candidate will have a background in commerce or logistics and be fluent in German and English.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage international shipments and export orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with export regulations
- Prepare and review export documents and customs declarations, maintaining accurate records and updating systems as needed
- Communicate effectively with logistics providers, customers, and customs authorities to resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor and maintain compliance with export regulations and legal requirements, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve export operations and reduce costs
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in export or logistics, with a strong understanding of international shipping and export procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and stay organized under pressure
- Proficient in creating export documents and customs declarations, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
