Production Support for Lithium-Ion Batteries at CustomCells
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Support Specialists in the exciting field of lithium-ion battery technology. As a leading global company specializing in battery solutions, we supply top automotive manufacturers worldwide and contribute to advancements in electric mobility, aerospace, medical technology, and oil & gas industries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support in the production of lithium-ion battery cells.
- Ensure a smooth workflow by supplying parts and materials as needed.
- Collaborate closely with our quality assurance team to maintain high standards.
- Contribute to operational readiness by monitoring equipment and processes.
- Participate in maintenance and quality tests of production machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing cleaning tasks on machine components.
- Document production results accurately and efficiently.
- Take ownership of your tasks by self-checking for accuracy and completeness.
Your Profile:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- A reliable, independent work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility.
- Willingness to work in shifts to support our production schedule.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent command of the German language.
