Lithium-Ion Battery Technology Specialist

Aufgaben
- Beobachtung des Marktes und der Wettbewerber sowie Verfolgung von Trends im Bereich der Lithium-Ionen-Batterien und verwandten Technologien.
- Durchführung von Patent- und Literaturrecherchen zum aktuellen Stand der Technik und Erstellung von Berichten.
- Identifizierung neuer Technologien, Komponenten und Materialien auf Zellebene.
- Weiterentwicklung des IP-Mappings, der FTO-Recherche und der White-spot-Analyse unter Verwendung geeigneter Werkzeuge.
- Fortschreibung der Technologie-Roadmap und der IP-Strategie.
- Identifizierung strategischer Partnerschaften im akademischen Bereich und Zuordnung zu relevanten Themen der Technologie-Roadmap.
- Sicherstellung, dass relevante IP-Projekte und Aktivitäten im Bereich der Vorentwicklung fristgerecht, budgetgerecht und nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards abgeschlossen werden.
Anforderungen
- Ein PhD in Materialwissenschaften, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich mit Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von Lithium-Ionen-Batterieelektroden.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, strategisch und kreativ zu denken.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, um komplexe technische Informationen an verschiedene Interessengruppen zu vermitteln.
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit in einem Teamumfeld und mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele.
- Vertrautheit mit Batterietestgeräten, Datenanalyse-Software und relevanten Branchenstandards und -vorschriften.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
