Production Assistant

- Support the production team in the manufacturing of lithium-ion battery cells
- Provide parts and materials as required
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality products
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in maintenance and quality testing of production equipment
- Perform cleaning tasks on various machine components
- Document production results and outcomes
- Exercise independent responsibility for self-control of all performed tasks
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Reliable, self-motivated work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP knowledge is an asset
- Good command of the German language
