GMP Qualification Project Manager

Position Overview:

The role involves the autonomous planning and oversight of global investment initiatives, ensuring adherence to prevailing GMP standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct cross-functional teams in the execution of commissioning and qualification endeavors.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Deliver expert compliance services and advisory support.
  • Develop and draft GMP-compliant qualification, validation, and commissioning strategies and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and execute conformity assessments for systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Academic background in natural sciences or engineering disciplines.
  • Proven track record in project management within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects effectively.
  • Strong foundation in qualification, validation, CAPA, deviations, and change control processes.
  • Familiarity with proposal development and tender documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured and quality-focused approach.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region.
