Mechanical Team Leader at Takeda:

In the position of Mechanical Team Leader, you will oversee and guide the mechanical workforce within a controlled production setting. Your skills and commitment will be vital in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the mechanical team in a controlled production setting
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Organize and manage maintenance and repair activities for production machinery
  • Deliver training and mentorship to mechanical staff
  • Administer inventory and spare parts for mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate uninterrupted production
  • Diagnose issues and perform error analysis to reduce downtime

Your Qualifications:

  • Technical education complemented by advanced training in a technical or scientific discipline
  • Extensive experience in the maintenance of production machinery, ideally within the pharmaceutical or food sectors
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and experience in a controlled production environment is beneficial
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call duties
