About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our GMP-Qualification and Validation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet our high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead international investment projects, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and internal guidelines.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams during project execution, including in-house and external partners.
• Ensure effective project communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide technical compliance services and advisory support.
• Develop and implement GMP-conform quality management systems, including qualification, validation, and commissioning.
• Organize and conduct conformity assessments for systems and equipment.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to secure new projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of tender documents and define project scope, timelines, and budgets.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in a natural science or engineering field.
• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in project management and qualification/validation.
• Excellent knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations, quality management systems, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English.

Travel and Work Environment

Our projects typically last between 6 and 24 months. Depending on the project and phase, you will be based at the customer's site, with the possibility of working remotely from home with the project manager's approval.
