Job Title: CCaaS Specialist Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CCaaS Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a CCaaS Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) products within the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and drive net-new Sprinklr Service opportunities across existing customers and new logos in Germany.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) in their division on existing Sprinklr Service opportunities and own a set of key targeted accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Recruit and collaborate with channel partners from the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) universe in harmony with our Alliances team.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close large deals in a defined territory, working with decision-makers and key stakeholders, such as CMOs and CTOs of major brands.
  • Seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and business referrals, staying curious and up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
  • Be at the forefront of leading change as Sprinklr continues to impact the Customer Experience revolution, embracing the changing relationship between global brands and consumers.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in creating large enterprise-wide software deals, specifically in the Customer Care/Customer Service industry, with a strong operational background and process-driven sales approach.
  • Experience selling technologies such as Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Customer Service software, IT Service Management software, and/or CRM software.
  • Passion for selling in a collaborative team-selling environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners in both a referral and/or resell motion.
  • Intellectually confident with a track record of being in the top 10% of what you do, both personally and professionally.
  • Perseverance and a winning mindset in all that you do.
  • Fearless and able to keep pace with our fast-moving markets while advancing us in the Customer Experience revolution.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity about your approach to life, with a desire to learn and adapt continuously.

  • Business-level fluency in German and English languages.
