Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Drupal Backend Developer to join our IT Team in one of our offices or remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable online solutions using Drupal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing complex online solutions using Drupal, including booking platforms, e-learning solutions, and modular website systems.
  • Leading technical projects and collaborating with project managers and other developers.
  • Evaluating and introducing new technologies to support our IT company strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Drupal backend developer.
  • Experience managing applications hosted in Acquia Drupal Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Composer, CMI, and Git, with experience tweaking Drupal deployment scripts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to learn from mistakes and develop yourself daily.
  • English language skills (B2 level).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing Drupal profiles and distributions.
  • Experience working with Pantheon and/or, and developing CI/CD strategies for those platforms.
  • Knowledge of modern Javascript, developing scripts without jQuery, and setting up the right processes for transpiling, bundling, etc.
  • Ability to speak German and/or Spanish.
  • Experience delivering sessions in conferences such as Drupalcamps and Drupalcons.
  • Experience working with the issue queue.
