About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Sprinklr. As a CCaaS Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across existing customers and new logos.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive sales of CCaaS solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Closely work with our Alliances team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in creating large enterprise-wide software deals, specifically in the Customer Care/Customer Service industry.
  • Strong operational background and process-driven sales approach.
  • Experience selling technologies such as Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Customer Service software, IT Service Management software, and/or CRM software.
  • Passion for selling in a collaborative team-selling environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners in both a referral and/or resell motion.
  • Intellectually confident with a track record of being in the top 10% of what you do both personally and professionally.
  • Persevering and possessing a winning mindset in all that you do.
  • Fearless and able to keep pace with our fast-moving markets.
  • Growth mindset and curious about your approach to life.
  • Empathy is your strength, with the ability to build personable relationships across all levels within any company or organization.
  • Business-level fluency in German and English languages.
