CCaaS Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a CCaaS Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across existing customers and new logos.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive sales of CCaaS solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Closely work with our Alliances team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the customer service or contact center industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS solutions and their applications in the enterprise market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
