Support the Property Book Officer or senior local national staff in overseeing the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) against property balances for the 405th LRC, USAG Bavaria, and BASEOPS. Utilize the Global Combat Support System (GCSS)-Army and other Logistics Information Systems to execute supply technician duties, which include:
1. Managing Installation and TDA Property Books.
2. Processing requests for property, receiving, storing, and turning in property.
3. Assigning responsibility for property and maintaining equipment packages.
4. Reviewing and signing Government Purchase Card requests, ensuring proper accounting codes are assigned.
5. Posting durable and non-expendable property onto accounting records.
Perform additional tasks as necessary to fulfill mission objectives. Assist Hand Receipt Holders in preparing various supply documentation, including signature cards, SLOCs, and supply requests. Generate input for regular and special statistical reports, such as Campaign on Property Accountability and Installation Status Reports. Act as a primary contact for all supply and equipment inquiries within the warehouse, providing guidance to customers and escalating unresolved issues to supervisors. Conduct CSDP inspections as outlined in AR 710-2, Supply Policy below the National Level. Oversee procurement authorization and local purchase determinations for supplies and equipment. Initiate local purchase requests through automated systems like the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Process real-time invoices in the Invoice, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (RAPT) system, ensuring timely payment to avoid interest penalties. Collaborate daily with Directors, Division Chiefs, and other personnel requiring logistics assistance. May be assigned additional duties as needed, including managing inventories, receipts, issues, turn-ins, and distribution of supplies and equipment within the Property Book Warehouse.

C-5:
E&T Level I: 2 years of relevant experience as defined in the guidelines, plus 1 year of experience in a related field.
Current employees lacking E&T Level I must have 2 additional years of relevant experience.
E&T Level II: 1 year of relevant experience, plus 1 year in a related field.
E&T Level III and above: No additional experience required.
Current employees with one year in a similar role qualify for the next higher grade.
Experience A: Includes clerical work in an office or retail environment, computer usage, bookkeeping, inventory management, event coordination, or cashier duties.
Experience B: Relevant experience in a similar role demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position. The predominant experience should be at a comparable difficulty level.
• A valid German driver's license class B is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a military driver's license is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Familiarity with G-Army systems is advantageous.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level C1 and German Language Proficiency level C2 are required.
