We cater to a diverse array of artists and events within the vibrant international and local electronic music scene, ensuring that music enthusiasts from house to techno can discover their unique sound within the ICA family.

Our team excels in communication, marketing, event production, and talent management, empowering our artists to turn their aspirations and concepts into tangible outcomes.

Having successfully executed a wide range of events, from concerts and ambient performances to house and techno raves in renowned clubs across Europe, ICA has established a solid reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a booking agent, your primary role will involve coordinating appearances and performances for our artists. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts for performances.
  • Arranging travel logistics for artists.
  • Confirming performance schedules and appearances.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Advanced studies in business, preferably with a focus on event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in booking, marketing, or online content management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a structured and results-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creativity and conceptual work.
  • A genuine interest in electronic music genres such as techno, tech-house, and house.
