About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Event Inc., you will be the technical point of contact for our sales team. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce and driving the development of our Salesforce architecture forward.

  • You will oversee the administration of our Salesforce environment.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and developing existing flows, dashboards, and reports.
  • You will analyze existing sales processes, identify optimization potential, and implement changes.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our system functions smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will communicate effectively and make decisive decisions.
  • You will work closely with our Head of Sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Salesforce administration skills, including flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing sales processes, preferably in an agile environment.
  • A structured and self-motivated approach to work.
  • The ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • The ability to prioritize stakeholder interests and keep them informed.
  • Team player with a start-up mindset and a willingness to drive change.
  • Knowledge of SQL and a programming language is an asset.
