This position involves working in a vibrant atmosphere as a member of a close-knit global team. It offers a chance to leverage your communication abilities while contributing to our welcoming Presales department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset who can deliver exceptional Presales and Channel Support to our Managed Print Solution Dealer Channel and Partner Managers in the DACH region. Occasionally, you may also assist colleagues with inquiries from other areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across the DACH region to conduct joint customer and partner visits alongside Channel Partner Managers.
  • Support Channel Partner Managers in expanding the account base, enhancing partner acquisition, and ensuring partner retention.
  • Respond to incoming calls and presales inquiries submitted through our support platform.
  • Engage in teleconferences requiring technical and functional insights.
  • Conduct online demonstrations and webinars to showcase our solutions.
  • Handle high-level presales escalations while representing the company positively.
  • Provide quotes to German-speaking customers and partners as needed.
  • Train the Channel Sales Team and partners on both technical and functional aspects of our products, especially during new product launches and updates.
  • Facilitate hands-on technical workshops for staff and partners.
  • Draft and review product manuals, technical white papers, and statements of work.
  • Conduct competitive analyses of products outside of our portfolio.
  • Communicate customer technical requirements to the implementation team prior to deployment.
  • Offer insights to development regarding customer needs for future integrations.
  • Collaborate with third parties for custom integrations, documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
  • Assist the Marketing team by contributing to product brochures and participating in exhibitions and regional conferences.
  • Support the completion of tenders and coordinate the company’s responses.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
  2. Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
  3. Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  4. Ability to self-learn and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to the job's demands.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong time management skills.
  8. Creative thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
  9. Good technical experience and skills in problem-solving and solution finding.
  10. Experience with virtual server platforms and Azure is a plus.
  11. Familiarity with print and copy management and scanning software is advantageous.
  12. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a developing organization.
  13. A valid driving license is required.
  14. A minimum of one year of experience in a Presales role is necessary.
