Data & Process Manager within Salesforce Center of Excellence (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
In the role of Data and Process Manager, you will take charge of analyzing, enhancing, and overseeing data and processes across multiple departments within the Südzucker Group, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Your duties will include:
Leading, coordinating, and autonomously managing projects aimed at data-driven process enhancement and the development of new workflows within the Südzucker Group. Assessing, documenting, and articulating the data and process needs of colleagues from various departments, while facilitating the transition of these processes to the Salesforce Functional Team. Detecting data-related challenges or process inefficiencies and proposing solutions, while overseeing their implementation to ensure successful outcomes. Evaluating the effectiveness of process enhancements and independently refining them to ensure ongoing improvement. Collaborating closely with all departments within Südzucker during the requirements gathering, implementation, and operational phases to ensure alignment and effective communication. Continuously measuring the success of improvements and taking responsibility for their optimization. A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in economics) that provides you with expertise in process analysis and optimization. Proficiency in data processing. Solid experience in project management, including both agile and waterfall methodologies. A strong interest in IT and digitalization topics. A collaborative team player with problem-solving skills, demonstrating an independent and adaptable work style. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer
