Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in a forward-thinking international company? As a working student (m/f/d), you will immerse yourself in a specialized area that aligns with your interests. You will engage in significant projects and manage specific tasks autonomously. Following this experience, we also provide exciting career opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Actively participating as a key member of a dynamic business development team within the Drive Technology division (electric motors, frequency inverters)
• Product management: Enhancing the configuration/design of service offerings and strategically improving customer data within our ERP software ecosystem (SAP and various database management systems)
• Technical sales: Crafting product designs for quotation preparation utilizing our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Lead management: Assisting in identifying sales opportunities (e.g., effective energy efficiency measures/service contract suggestions for customer systems)
• Business Intelligence: Collaborating on the current PowerBI sales dashboard, including the intelligent integration of ERP/CRM data sources.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in computer science, technology/engineering, business, or a related interdisciplinary field
  • Strong interest in IT or a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in German with good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a passion for contributing innovative ideas
