Salesforce Data and Process Optimization Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
In the role of Data and Process Optimization Manager, you will take charge of analyzing, refining, and overseeing data and processes throughout various sectors of the Südzucker Group within the Salesforce framework.
Your main duties will include:
Leading, coordinating, and autonomously managing initiatives aimed at enhancing data-driven processes and designing new workflows within the Südzucker Group. Gathering, evaluating, and documenting the data and process needs of colleagues from diverse departments, and facilitating the transition of these processes to the Salesforce Functional Team. Detecting data-related challenges or process inefficiencies and proposing solutions, while overseeing their implementation to guarantee successful results. Assessing the effectiveness of process enhancements and independently optimizing them to ensure ongoing improvement. Collaborating closely with all departments within Südzucker during the phases of requirements definition, implementation, and operational execution to ensure alignment and effective communication. Continuously measuring the success of improvements and taking responsibility for their optimization. Maintaining direct communication with all departments during the requirements definition, implementation, and operational phases.Ideal Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics or a related field, demonstrating expertise in process analysis and optimization. Proficient knowledge in data processing. Solid experience in project management, including both agile and waterfall methodologies. A strong interest in IT and digital transformation topics. A collaborative team player with problem-solving skills, exhibiting an independent and adaptable work style. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, facilitating interactions with stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer
