Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager - Digital Advertising Expert to join our French-speaking Campaign Management team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies to drive the success of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and propose digital media strategies to meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Set up and manage online advertising campaigns across various networks, including our internal platform, Meta & Instagram Ads, Google & Youtube Ads, DV360, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on clients' KPIs, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present campaign results to clients through regular reporting, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Take ownership of campaigns, continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize their performance.
- Lead innovation by testing new advertising networks and formats, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Work on tight deadlines while maintaining operational excellence, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Contribute to product improvement by collaborating with your team and other departments, driving business growth and innovation.
- Excellent French language skills and fluency in English.
- At least two years of work experience in Campaign Management, preferably in an agency.
- Hands-on experience in digital media buying, with strong operational skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience with programmatic advertising, especially using DV360, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, able to spot trends, identify optimization levers, and uncover revenue opportunities in data sets.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Natural client-oriented mindset and outstanding communication skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients and partners.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
