About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Campaigns team at home24 SE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our short-term and seasonal promotions strategy, driving multi-channel initiatives to meet revenue, engagement, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our short-term and seasonal promotions strategy
  • Drive multi-channel initiatives to meet revenue, engagement, and profitability targets
  • Support the creation of cross-channel campaigns and manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects with core teams to maximize promotion and campaign impact
  • Develop and optimize campaign and promotion reports to optimize customer journey and business performance
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills and ability to lead projects with different stakeholders
  • Data-driven with ability to derive insights and business recommendations from quantitative sources
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
