Senior Specialist, Workplace Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Specialist, Workplace to join our Workplace Team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of office-related services.
- Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our offices and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule additional services such as deep cleaning, special cleaning, and security measures as needed.
- Oversee the HUB processes and internal logistics for food and catering deliveries, shipments, and distribution of office supplies.
- Monitor vendor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality and spot checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and update service manuals and guidelines, and train external staff on office guidelines and best practices.
- Manage asset administration for software and hardware for external employees and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities or office management.
- Fluent English and German skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and stress-resistant, with a positive mindset and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in SAP Ariba P2P, Google Workplace, Contract Management tool lawvu, or eSourcing tools.
- Health and safety certification or familiarity with health and safety regulations in Germany.
